ARTICLE VIII – ASSESSMENTS AND CHARGES
Section 1 – ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS
An annual assessment is to be levied against each lot within the development.
Lots upon which a residence has been constructed shall be assessed three (3) shares. Lots upon which no residence has been constructed shall be assessed one (1) share.
